Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour 96g - blanched and ultra-fine preferred
- 5 tbsp Honey Liquid honey

Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour and honey in a bowl until a uniform dough forms. It will be sticky.
- Roll the dough into 6 balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Spray the bottom of a glass with non-stick spray and press each ball flat.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely on the pan before handling.
