Cobbler Filling

Crumble Topping
- 0.5 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch crushed
- 1 scoop protein powder whey/casein blend
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup added slowly to bind
Method
- Add the blueberries, cornstarch, and sugar-free maple syrup into a microwave-safe bowl and stir until coated.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute until the berries begin to soften and release their juice.
- In a small dish, mix the crushed cereal, protein powder, and sugar-free maple syrup until a thick paste forms.
- Spread the crumble topping evenly over the warm, bubbling blueberry filling.
- Microwave for an additional 1 minute until the topping sets and the filling bubbles around the edges.
- Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving so the jammy base can finish thickening.
