- 4 oz Barilla Protein Pasta (dry weight, cooked prior to air frying)
- 1 package Trader Joe's Gluten-Free Breaded Chicken (cooked)
- 0.5 cup Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 spray Cooking Spray
- 1 dash Italian Seasoning

Method
- Cook the protein pasta according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly, then coat lightly with cooking spray and Italian seasoning.
- Place the seasoned pasta in an air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes until completely crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Transfer the crispy pasta to an oven-safe or air-fryer-safe baking dish. Top evenly with the cooked breaded chicken, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the baking dish back into the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and browned.
