Ingredients
Gummy Base
- 2/3 cup pureed mixed berries strawberries or raspberries work best (approx 160g)
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar raw with the mother preferred
- 2 tbsp honey or more to taste
- 4 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 dash salt essential for flavor balance
Equipment
- Beast Blender
- Heavy Bottom Sauce Pan
- Silicone Gummy Molds with Dropper
Method
- Puree fresh strawberries or mixed berries in your Beast Blender until completely smooth. If needed, add a teaspoon of water to help the blades move.
- Heat a Heavy Bottom Sauce Pan over medium-low heat. Combine the berry puree, apple cider vinegar, honey, and a dash of salt, stirring with a whisk until warm.
- Gradually sprinkle in the gelatin while constantly whisking to avoid any clumps. Use a Silicone Spatula to scrape the sides until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Remove from heat and use a syringe or dropper to fill the silicone gummy molds.
- Place the molds in the fridge for 10 minutes, then move to the freezer for 5 minutes to fully set.
- Pop the gummies out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
