Gummy Base
  • 2/3 cup pureed mixed berries strawberries or raspberries work best (approx 160g)
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar raw with the mother preferred
  • 2 tbsp honey or more to taste
  • 4 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 dash salt essential for flavor balance

  1. Puree fresh strawberries or mixed berries in your Beast Blender until completely smooth. If needed, add a teaspoon of water to help the blades move.
  2. Heat a Heavy Bottom Sauce Pan over medium-low heat. Combine the berry puree, apple cider vinegar, honey, and a dash of salt, stirring with a whisk until warm.
  3. Gradually sprinkle in the gelatin while constantly whisking to avoid any clumps. Use a Silicone Spatula to scrape the sides until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and use a syringe or dropper to fill the silicone gummy molds.
  5. Place the molds in the fridge for 10 minutes, then move to the freezer for 5 minutes to fully set.
  6. Pop the gummies out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

TEXTURE/MOUTHFEEL: These gummies have a firm, bouncy set similar to a traditional gummy bear. They will be smoother than store-bought versions because they lack waxy coatings.
BLOOMING WARNING: Do not dump the gelatin in all at once. If you do, the outside will hydrate while the inside stays dry, creating lumps that won't dissolve.
