Apple Cider Vinegar Drink Tips

DILUTION TIP: Do not drink apple cider vinegar straight. Always dilute it with water to make it easier to drink and less harsh.
BEGINNER TIP: If you are new to apple cider vinegar, start with 1 teaspoon instead of 1 tablespoon and increase only if you like the taste.
FLAVOR TIP: Honey softens the sharp vinegar flavor, while lemon, ginger, and cayenne make the drink brighter and warmer.
TEETH TIP: Acidic drinks can be hard on enamel. Use a straw if you want and rinse your mouth with plain water afterward.
STORAGE TIP: This drink is best fresh, but you can store a larger batch in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir or shake before serving because the ginger and spices settle.
