Ingredients
- 1 cup Fat-free Greek yogurt approx 240g
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder Whey/Casein blend recommended
- 0.5 box Sugar-free white chocolate instant pudding mix approx 15g
- 2 tbsp Rainbow sprinkles
Method
- Measure the Greek yogurt into a medium mixing bowl using a digital scale for accuracy.
- Add the vanilla protein powder and the white chocolate instant pudding mix to the bowl.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the yogurt with a spatula until hydrated, then stir vigorously until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
- Fold in the rainbow sprinkles and serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a firmer texture.
