Ingredients
- 120 g Low-fat Cottage Cheese
- 60 g Grated Carrots
- 30 g PE Science Vanilla Protein
- 30 g Almond Flour
- 15 g Oat Flour
Method
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and stir in carrots/raisins.
- Fold in cottage cheese until a thick dough forms.
- Chill for 20 minutes, then roll into 12 balls.

Notes
Always use a digital scale to weigh squeezed carrots and flours to prevent sticky dough. A Whey/Casein blend like PE Science is highly recommended for the best texture. Chill for 20 minutes before rolling.
