Ingredients
  

  • 120 g Low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • 60 g Grated Carrots
  • 30 g PE Science Vanilla Protein
  • 30 g Almond Flour
  • 15 g Oat Flour

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and stir in carrots/raisins.
  3. Fold in cottage cheese until a thick dough forms.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes, then roll into 12 balls.
