Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Non-fat Greek Yogurt approx 340g
- 1 packet Sugar-Free Fudge Pudding Mix standard 1.4oz box
- 0.5 cup Zero Sugar Cherry Pie Filling
- 4 tbsp Zero Sugar Whipped Topping
- 1 tsp Rainbow Sprinkles optional

Method
- Place a mixing bowl on a digital scale and weigh out the Greek yogurt.
- Add the entire packet of sugar-free fudge pudding mix to the yogurt.
- Stir slowly with a spatula until the powder is incorporated, then whisk vigorously for 30-45 seconds until the mixture doubles in perceived volume and becomes thick and fluffy.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls and top each with cherry pie filling and a dollop of whipped topping.
