Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 450 g Non-fat Greek Yogurt One 16oz/1lb tub
  • 28 g Sugar-Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix Dry mix only
  • 2-4 Oreo Cookies Crushed

Method
 

  1. Open the yogurt tub and drain any excess liquid from the top.
  2. Add the dry pudding mix directly into the yogurt tub.
  3. Stir vigorously for 60 seconds until the mixture thickens and becomes aerated.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreos and serve immediately or chill for better texture.

Notes

Cookies and Cream Fluffy Yogurt Tips & Expert Strategy

TEXTURE/MOUTHFEEL: This should be thick, light, and airy, similar to a chocolate mousse but with the slight tang of Greek yogurt.
PUDDING RATIO: Do not exceed 32g of pudding mix per 1lb of yogurt, or the mixture will become unpleasantly chalky and overly sweet.
THE MELLOWING EFFECT: This recipe is significantly better after 20 minutes in the fridge. The starch in the pudding mix needs that time to fully hydrate and 'set' the yogurt proteins.
PRO FINISHING TOUCH: Top with a sprinkle of sea salt to cut through the sweetness of the white chocolate and enhance the cocoa flavor of the Oreos.
