Ingredients
  

  • 150 g low-fat cottage cheese blended smooth
  • 30 g chocolate or vanilla protein powder whey/casein blend recommended
  • 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp almond milk optional to adjust consistency

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.

  2. Mix in protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener until combined.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
