Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Avocado oil spray for topping
  • Seasoning of choice Everything Bagel, sea salt, etc.

Method
 

  1. Mix cottage cheese, gluten-free flour, and baking powder in a bowl until a dough forms.
  2. Divide dough in half and shape into 2 bagels, cutting a hole in the center of each.

  3. Spray tops with avocado oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
