- 1 cup Greek yogurt approx 227g
- 1 tbsp zero sugar white chocolate pudding mix approx 8-10g
- 1 shot espresso or hot strong coffee
- 2 tbsp zero sugar whipped cream

Method
- Whisk the Greek yogurt and zero sugar pudding mix together in a bowl until completely smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture into balls onto a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Place the frozen balls into a glass and pour hot espresso directly over them.
- Finish with zero sugar whipped cream and serve immediately.
