Ingredients
  

  • 8 count Biscoff Cookies
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 80 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-free Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Method
 

  1. Pulse Biscoff cookies in the blender until they are a fine powder.
  2. Add protein powder, Greek yogurt, and syrup to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding milk 1 tbsp at a time until spreadable.
  4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
