  • 5 oz Good Culture cottage cheese 1 container
  • 1/2 cup Fit Flour high-protein flour alternative
  • 2 tbsp sugar alternative monk fruit or erythritol

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare the dough.

  2. In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese slightly. Stir in the blueberries, sugar alternative, and Fit Flour until a thick dough forms.
