Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Fit Flour high-protein blend
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/3 cup blueberries
Method
- Preheat and grease your waffle iron.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.

- In a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Cook in waffle iron for 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp.
