Ingredients
  

  • 112 g almond flour 1 cup
  • 62 g PEScience Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder 2 scoops
  • 225 g cottage cheese 1 cup
  • 40 g sugar alternative 1/4 cup
  • 30 g sugar-free chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  • 20 g cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • 30 g mini chocolate chips for rolling

Method
 

  1. Add the cottage cheese to a high-speed blender and process until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sugar alternative.
  3. Add the blended cottage cheese and chocolate syrup to the bowl. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into 10 even-sized balls and coat each in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving.
