Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt 150g
  • 1 scoop cake batter protein powder 30g
  • 1 tbsp sugar alternative
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles
  • 1 tsp cake batter extract

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add a splash of milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra sugar alternative if necessary.
  4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a thicker, frosting-like consistency.

Notes

TEXTURE TIP: This dip should be thick and creamy, almost like a frosting-style yogurt dip.
