Ingredients
  

  • 230 g cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 10 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 mini cucumbers sliced
  • 2 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, shredded chicken, and seasonings until coated.

  2. Fold in the halved tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and crumbled feta.
