Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
- 300 ml skim milk
- 1 scoop PE science protein powder Whey/Casein blend preferred
- 1 cup low fat Good Culture cottage cheese roughly 240g
- 2 tbsp sugar free sweetener Adjust to taste
Mix-ins
- 2-4 sugar free Oreos crushed
Equipment
- Ninja Creami Machine
- Beast Blender
- Digital Scale
Method
- Place the skim milk, protein powder, cottage cheese, and sweetener into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth with no visible curds from the cottage cheese.
- Pour the liquid into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for a full 24 hours on a level surface.
- Process the pint on the 'Light Ice Cream' setting. If crumbly, add a splash of milk and 'Re-spin'.
- Add crushed sugar-free Oreos to the center and process using the 'Mix-in' function.
