Cookie Dough
- 1 cup sugar-free vanilla cake mix
- 1 box sugar-free orange gelatin mix 3 oz
- 2 scoops vanilla whey/casein protein blend 60g
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp butter melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup Lily's white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter, applesauce, and eggs.
- Stir in the cake mix, protein powder, orange gelatin, and baking powder until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and orange zest.
- Scoop 1.5 tablespoon portions onto the baking sheet (approx 18 cookies).
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set. Cool on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring.
