Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Strawberry Box Cake Mix
- 30 g Vanilla or Strawberry Protein Powder
- 1 count Large Egg
- 4 tbsp Water or Milk As needed for consistency
Method
- Whisk strawberry cake mix and protein powder together.
- Add the egg and liquid, stirring until a thick but pourable batter forms.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with fresh berries or sugar-free syrup.
Notes
Cook on medium-low heat to prevent the cake-mix sugars from burning. For the best texture, use a Whey/Casein protein blend like PE Science. If the batter is too thick, add liquid 1 tablespoon at a time until pourable.
