Ingredients

Base
  • 227 g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Must be thick Greek style, not regular yogurt.
  • 1 scoop Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder Approximately 31g. Vanilla flavor recommended.
  • 7 g Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix Acts as the stabilizer for the fluffy texture.
Mix-ins & Topping
  • 75 g Fresh Strawberries Diced.
  • 15 g Graham Cracker Crumbs Crushed finely.
  • 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon

Method

  1. Wash, hull, and dice the fresh strawberries. Place them in a small dish and lightly press them with a fork to release their juices. Let them sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the scoop of protein powder, and sugar-free pudding mix. Mix vigorously for 60 seconds until the powder is fully absorbed and the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the crushed graham cracker crumbs with a pinch of cinnamon to create the strudel topping.
  4. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold half of the macerated strawberries into the thick yogurt base. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with the remaining strawberries and the strudel crumb topping, and serve immediately.

Notes

High Protein Strawberry Strudel Yogurt Bowl Tips & Expert Strategy

TEXTURE EXPECTATION: By integrating a full scoop of protein powder with the pudding mix, the texture will become exceptionally thick. It should resemble a dense cheesecake batter or thick mousse rather than typical yogurt.
INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTION WARNING: Do not use regular, unstrained yogurt. Regular yogurt contains too much water and will not whip up properly. It will simply turn into a runny, chalky liquid when combined with the protein powder.
THE TIMING RULE: While the thick yogurt base can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge, you must wait to add the graham cracker strudel until the exact moment you are ready to eat. If left sitting on the yogurt, the crumbs will absorb moisture and become completely soggy.
PROFESSIONAL FINISHING TOUCH: For a truly decadent pastry experience, pop your graham cracker crumbs into a dry skillet over medium heat for 60 seconds to toast them before adding them to the bowl. This enhances the buttery, baked flavor profile of the strudel.
