Notes

Stuffed crust: Fold the tortilla tightly around the mozzarella sticks and use toothpicks to hold the folds closed while the cheese melts.
Sauce: Avoid adding too much pizza sauce because excess moisture can make the center of the tortilla softer.
Browning: A light coating of oil spray on the exposed tortilla helps the stuffed crust brown in the air fryer.
Cooking: Air fryers vary, so begin checking around 6 minutes. The tortilla should be crisp and the mozzarella inside the crust should be melted.
Safety: Remove every toothpick before slicing or eating the pizza.
Nutrition: Nutrition is approximate and will vary slightly based on the exact pizza sauce and current nutrition labels for the branded ingredients.
