Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 whole frozen banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder whey/casein blend preferred
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1-2 tbsp water or milk only if needed to help blend

Method
- Place the ice cubes, Greek yogurt, and frozen banana slices into the blender cup first.
- Add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and monk fruit sweetener on top of the frozen wet base.
- Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until a thick, frosty texture forms with no visible ice chunks.
- Pour immediately into a glass and serve cold with a spoon.
