Ingredients
- 12 corn tortilla
- 2 tbsp Olive oil spray
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
Equipment
Method
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice each tortilla into 6 triangles (chip shapes).
- Mist both sides of the tortilla triangles with olive or avocado oil spray—just enough to help the seasoning adhere.
- In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and nutritional yeast (if using).
- Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the oiled tortilla triangles and toss gently to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Arrange chips in a single layer and air fry for 7–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway. Work in 2–3 batches to avoid overcrowding. Chips should be golden and crisp.
- Transfer chips to a wire rack and let cool 5 minutes to finish crisping. Serve immediately or store once fully cool.

Notes
White corn tortillas give a lighter color and classic Doritos vibe. Flavor twists: add 2 tbsp grated Parmesan or 2 tbsp nutritional yeast for Cheesy Ranch; 1/2 tsp cayenne for Spicy Ranch; or lime zest after air frying for Zesty Lime Ranch. Storage: once fully cool, keep in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 days; re‑crisp 1–2 minutes in the air fryer if needed.
