Sorbet Base
- 2 cups carrot orange turmeric juice
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 squeeze lemon or orange juice optional, for brightness
- 0.25 teaspoon xanthan gum optional, for smoother texture

Method
- Pour the carrot orange turmeric juice directly into an empty Ninja Creami Deluxe pint.
- Add the honey, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of fresh citrus juice if using. If using xanthan gum, sprinkle it across the top now.
- Stir the mixture vigorously until all the honey is completely dissolved into the juice.
- Place the lid on the pint and set it on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze undisturbed for at least 24 hours.
- Remove the frozen pint, lock it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl, and process on the 'Sorbet' setting.
- If the texture is powdery or crumbly after the first spin, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of extra juice and run the 'Respin' cycle until smooth. Serve immediately.
