Ingredients
Crab Rangoon Filling
- 8 oz artificial crab meat finely chopped
- 4 oz low fat cream cheese
- 1 tsp chili spice seasoning
- 2 tbsp scallions finely chopped
Outer Shell Assembly
- 4 pieces low carb fajita Mission tortillas
- 1 whole egg whisked for egg wash
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method
- Chop your imitation crab meat into small pieces and place it into a medium mixing bowl. Add the low-fat cream cheese, chili spice seasoning, and chopped scallions, mixing thoroughly with a fork until smooth.
- Lay out the four low-carb fajita tortillas on a clean work surface. Divide the crab mixture evenly into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the left and right sides of each tortilla inward over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a sealed wrap.
- Whisk the whole egg in a small bowl. Brush the wash generously over the entire exterior of each roll, focusing heavily on the seams to lock them down. Sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds.
- Place the rolls seam-side down inside the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
