Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 tablespoons sugar alternative
  • 1 dash salt
Mix-ins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Add the milk, cottage cheese, cocoa powder, chocolate pudding mix, sugar alternative, and salt into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the chocolate base into a pint container, secure the lid, and freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. Process the pint on the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' setting. If crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and run a 'Re-Spin'.
  4. Create a hole down the center, add the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows, then process using the 'Mix-In' setting.
