Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate pudding mix
- 4 tablespoons sugar alternative
- 1 dash salt
Mix-ins
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Method
- Add the milk, cottage cheese, cocoa powder, chocolate pudding mix, sugar alternative, and salt into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the chocolate base into a pint container, secure the lid, and freeze flat for 24 hours.
- Process the pint on the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' setting. If crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and run a 'Re-Spin'.
- Create a hole down the center, add the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows, then process using the 'Mix-In' setting.
