- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop whey/casein protein powder Vanilla or Cheesecake flavor
- 2 Oreo cookies crushed
- 2 tbsp sugar-free syrup
- 1 tbsp light cream cheese
- 1/4 oz sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix dry

- In a bowl, combine yogurt, cream cheese, syrup, dry pudding mix, and protein powder.

- Mix until smooth and creamy.

- Crush Oreos and fold them into the mixture.

- Enjoy immediately or chill for 10 minutes to thicken.
