Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop whey/casein protein powder Vanilla or Cheesecake flavor
  • 2 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1/4 oz sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix dry

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cream cheese, syrup, dry pudding mix, and protein powder.

  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
