Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 30 g Oreo protein powder
  • 45 g Fit Flour high-protein flour blend
  • 20 g sugar-free Oreos crushed
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 18 g butter melted
  • 1 tbsp milk

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F / 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, Fit Flour, baking powder, salt, and crushed sugar-free Oreos.
  3. Add the egg white and 18g of melted butter into the dry mixture. Mix firmly until a crumbly dough begins to form.
  4. Pour in 1 tablespoon of milk and mix until the dough comes together into a single mass.
  5. Divide the dough evenly into 5 pieces. Roll each piece between your palms to form a smooth ball and place them on the prepared tray. Do not flatten them.
  6. Bake for exactly 8 minutes. The edges should be set, but the centers will still feel slightly soft.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the pan for 10 minutes.

Notes

Tip: Keep a few larger chunks of the sugar-free Oreos intact to give the final donut hole a better textural contrast. The dough should be thick and slightly tacky. Use your hands to knead it gently in the bowl if the spatula isn't bringing it together fully.
