Ingredients
- 1/2 box vanilla cake mix approx 720 kcal worth
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder 90g
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 pinch salt

Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.

- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

- Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with cinnamon sweetener if desired.

- Bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

- Cool completely and store in the fridge.
