Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 box vanilla cake mix approx 720 kcal worth
  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder 90g
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
