Ingredients
- 1 packet sugar-free Blue Raspberry Jell-O mix 0.3 oz
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 handful blueberries optional

Method
- Dissolve Jell-O mix in boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Let the liquid cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Whisk Greek yogurt and Jell-O mixture together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries if using and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
- Top with fat-free whipped cream before serving.
