Ingredients
- 10 g Strawberry Sugar-Free Jell-O Mix
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain, non-fat
- 1/4 cup Fresh Berries Chopped
- 1 scoop PE Science Protein Powder Optional
Method
- Pour the 1 cup of boiling water into a heat-safe bowl or blender pitcher. Add the 10g of strawberry sugar-free Jell-O mix and whisk vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Let the Jell-O mixture sit for 2-3 minutes to cool slightly.
- Add the 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (and optional protein powder) to the blender. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until the mixture doubles in volume.
- Pour the mixture into a serving bowl. Gently fold in the fresh berries.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to fully set.
