- 1 carton Atkins Strong Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake Chilled
- 1 cup Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 whole Banana Frozen solid
- 1 cup Ice Crushed or cubed
Toppings
- 2 tablespoons Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter For drizzle
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter Cereal
- 2 tablespoons Whipped Cream

- In a small bowl, vigorously whisk together the 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter and sugar-free maple syrup until it forms a smooth, pourable paste.
- Add the frozen banana, ice, fat-free cottage cheese, 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter, and the entire liquid chocolate peanut butter shake into your blender.
- Blend on high power for 45 to 60 seconds until the ice is completely pulverized, the cottage cheese curds are dissolved, and the mixture forms a thick, smooth vortex.
- Pour the blended shake into a large, chilled glass. Top immediately with whipped cream, the prepared peanut butter drizzle, and the peanut butter cereal for crunch.
