Zero Sugar Reese's Fluffy Yogurt Dessert Cup Tips & Expert Strategy

TEXTURE EXPECTATION: This dessert should have a thick, mousse-like consistency. If it feels too much like standard yogurt, you haven't whisked it long enough to activate the pudding mix thickeners.
TEMPERATURE MATTERS: Always use yogurt straight from the fridge. Warm yogurt will not hold the air bubbles created during whisking, resulting in a flat dessert.
THE SETTING EFFECT: While you can eat this immediately, letting it sit in the fridge for 5-10 minutes allows the pudding mix to fully hydrate, creating an even more stable, cheesecake-like texture.
PB DRIZZLE HACK: To get a professional-looking drizzle, melt your peanut butter in the microwave for 10 seconds and use a fork to zig-zag it over the top.
