This Lemon Oreo Fluffy Yogurt is one of the easiest ways I've found to turn a plain tub of Greek yogurt into something that actually feels like dessert.
I use nonfat Greek yogurt, sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix, and crushed Lemon Oreos. The pudding mix makes the yogurt much thicker and cuts some of the tang, while the Lemon Oreos give it that sweet lemon-cookie flavor.
The whole thing takes about five minutes to make. Eat it right away if you want the cookies crunchy, or let it chill for 10–15 minutes if you want the base thicker and the cookie pieces softer.

Why You'll Love This Recipe
Five-Minute Dessert: No baking, blending, or cooking.
High in Protein: The Greek yogurt does most of the work here.
Thick and Creamy: The dry pudding mix turns the yogurt into more of a cheesecake-batter texture.
Bright Lemon Flavor: Lemon Oreos make this taste completely different from a regular cookies-and-cream bowl.
Easy to Customize: Add more or fewer cookies depending on how strong you want the lemon-cookie flavor.
Ingredients
- 450g nonfat Greek yogurt, one 16-ounce tub
- 28g sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
- 2–4 Lemon Oreos, crushed

How to Make Lemon Oreo Fluffy Yogurt
- Drain off any excess liquid sitting on top of the Greek yogurt.
- Add the dry pudding mix directly to the yogurt.
- Stir vigorously for about 60 seconds, scraping the bottom and sides, until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
- Let it sit for about 5 minutes if you want an even thicker texture.
- Crush the Lemon Oreos and fold most of them into the yogurt.
- Top with the remaining cookie pieces and serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes before eating.
Quick Tips
- Start with 28g of pudding mix. Too much can make the yogurt chalky.
- Add the Lemon Oreos right before eating if you want them crunchy.
- Chill the bowl after mixing if you prefer a thicker, softer cookie texture.
- If the mixture gets too thick, add milk one teaspoon at a time.
