Ingredients

Yogurt Base
  • 450 g nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 28 g sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix dry
  • 2 whole Lemon Oreos crushed (use 2-4 depending on preference)

Method

  1. Drain any excess liquid from the Greek yogurt before measuring it into a bowl.
  2. Add the dry pudding mix directly to the cold yogurt.
  3. Stir vigorously with a spatula for about 60 seconds until the mixture becomes thick and completely smooth.
  4. Let the mixture rest in the bowl for 5 minutes so the pudding mix can fully hydrate and thicken.
  5. Fold in most of the crushed Lemon Oreos, leaving a few pieces for the top.
  6. Top with the remaining cookie pieces and serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.

Lemon Oreo Fluffy Yogurt Tips & Expert Strategy

TEXTURE EXPECTATION: This should be thick, creamy, and fluffy like a mousse, not thin or runny like standard breakfast yogurt.
GREEK YOGURT ONLY: Swapping thick Greek yogurt for regular plain yogurt will leave the bowl entirely too watery and the pudding mix will not set.
BETTER COLD: This dessert is best after chilling in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes because the center firms up to a cheesecake-like consistency.
SERVING TIP: Only add the crushed cookies right before you are going to eat it. If you let them sit in the yogurt for too long, they will get soft and soggy.
THICKNESS ADJUSTMENT: Add milk one teaspoon at a time if the mixture becomes too thick to comfortably stir.
