- 355 ml Orange Crush Zero Sugar
- 60 g Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
- 20 g Unflavored Gelatin 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice optional
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
- Pour the soda into a saucepan and let it sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a silicone spatula to remove carbonation.
- Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over 1 cup (240 ml) of the soda. Let it sit for 5 minutes until fully hydrated.
- Whisk in the creatine monohydrate, lemon juice, and salt while the mixture is cold to ensure no clumps form.
- Warm on medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not let it boil.
- Fill your silicone gummy molds carefully using a dropper.
- Refrigerate the molds for 2 hours until the gummies are firm and set.

Tip: Keep the mixture warm on the stove while you pour. If it starts to thicken too much, a quick 30-second low heat burst will bring it back to a pourable state.
