Ingredients

Base Liquids & Supplements
  • 355 ml Orange Crush Zero Sugar
  • 60 g Micronized Creatine Monohydrate
  • 20 g Unflavored Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice optional
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

  1. Pour the soda into a saucepan and let it sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a silicone spatula to remove carbonation.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over 1 cup (240 ml) of the soda. Let it sit for 5 minutes until fully hydrated.
  3. Whisk in the creatine monohydrate, lemon juice, and salt while the mixture is cold to ensure no clumps form.
  4. Warm on medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not let it boil.
  5. Fill your silicone gummy molds carefully using a dropper.
  6. Refrigerate the molds for 2 hours until the gummies are firm and set.

Notes

Tip: Keep the mixture warm on the stove while you pour. If it starts to thicken too much, a quick 30-second low heat burst will bring it back to a pourable state.
