Flavored Oreo Fluffy Yogurt Tips & Expert Strategy

TEXTURE TIP: This should be extremely thick and spoonable, almost like a cheesecake filling. If it feels too runny, you likely didn't drain the liquid off the yogurt first, or you need to let it rest in the fridge for a few minutes so the pudding mix can activate.
SUBSTITUTION WARNING: Using regular instant pudding instead of sugar-free will work perfectly for the texture, but it will significantly increase the overall calories and carbohydrates of the bowl.
BETTER LATER: If you prefer your cookies to have a soft, cake-like texture, mix this up and leave it in the fridge for an hour. The cookies will absorb moisture from the yogurt and soften beautifully.
SERVING TIP: Save your largest chunks of crushed Oreos to sprinkle directly on top right before you eat it. This ensures you get a great crunch even if the mixed-in cookies start to soften.
