Method
- Bloom the Gelatin: Pour the pomegranate juice and lemon juice into a medium saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Incorporate Creatine: Whisk in the creatine and salt while the mixture is cold. It will look like a thick paste.
- Gently Heat: Place the pan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly with a silicone spatula.Pro Tip: Do not let this boil. If it boils, the gelatin structure breaks down and they won't set firmly. Heat only until the liquid is translucent and smooth.
- Fill Molds: Use a dropper or a small pitcher to fill your gummy molds.Pro Tip: Stir the mixture every 5-10 minutes if you are doing a large batch to ensure the creatine doesn't settle at the bottom.
