A frothy, creamy coffee drink blended with a whole orange and cottage cheese. Tastes like a Creamsicle with a protein boost.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium orange peeled and deseeded
  • 1 cup brewed coffee hot or cold
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 pumps sugar-free sweetener vanilla or simple syrup

Method
 

  1. Slice one whole orange.

  2. Place the orange, cottage cheese, and sweetener into the Ninja blender cup.

  3. Pour in your coffee. If using hot coffee, leave a little room for air expansion.

  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds. The Ninja Bullet is powerful, but you need the full time to emulsify the cottage cheese curds.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy that thick, citrus foam!
